The Cambridge Strategy is a boutique asset management firm that began trading in April 2004. The Cambridge Strategy is focused on active currency and equity management for institutional, fund of fund and family office clients using a disciplined systematic method.

The Foreign Exchange Programmes are managed by lifelong financial market professionals that utilise systematic strategies to generate superior returns in both trending and non trending market conditions. Active risk management is paramount and the Programmes are traded 24 hours a day. The Cambridge Strategy offers three FX Programmes; Extended Markets Alpha, Asian Markets Alpha and Global Emerging Markets Alpha.

The Emerging Market Equity Programmes capitalise on the expertise of experienced senior investment personnel. They combine both top down and bottom up components. Stock selection identifies those stocks that offer attractive risk/reward characteristics relative to a key set of factors that drive earnings, valuations and stock prices. Two programmes are currently offered; Global Emerging Market Equities, a long only product, and Asian Absolute Return Equities, a long/short product.

In addition, Cambridge runs a Global Emerging Market Macro Programme called Apollo. Apollo invests in Global Emerging Markets and uses our sophisticated portfolio construction and risk management techniques to implement and manage a portfolio of emerging market assets.
